| "BackBeat Village U.S." is available in various sizes to suit all venues and budgets. The 5 piece band includes one vocalist, guitar, keyboards, bass and drums. The larger bands include additional vocalists (2 or more) and horns (4 or more). Here are the various line-up options :- |

| If you would also like to have live background music during a meal, drinks reception or (for weddings) during the ceremony, we can also offer anything from a solo pianist to a jazz quartet or quintet for this purpose (at a discounted extra cost!) |

| Equipment |
| We work closely with several high end sound and lighting companies here in Las Vegas, using only high quality professional equipment to ensure that the product is of the highest quality. All equipment is safety certified and the cost of the equipment rental and technician(s) is included in the price we quote you. |

| "BackBeat Village U.S." can perform with or without staging, indoors or outdoors. Here is a guide to the minimum space requirements for the various different sized bands :- |

| Playing Times |
|
|
| It is usual for the band to perform a total of 2 hours of live music, either as 2 sets of 1 hour each, or 3 shorter sets. We always play appropriate recorded music (CD's or MP3 player) in our breaks if required. |

| Setting Up and Sound-Checking |
|
|
| It is essential that the band has enough time to set up and sound-check, which can take up to 3 hours. We highly recommend that the PA system and lighting is set up and checked before the arrival of any guests. If there are any stairs in the venue, this may affect the time it takes to load in our equipment so it is very important that we know about this in advance. |

| Song Requests |
|
|
| Our clients are welcome to make as many song requests (in advance) from our current set list as they wish and we will do our best to accomodate as many of these as possible. We also accept first dance requests, regardless of whether they are part of our set list or not, however we do require 2 months notice to prepare this request. |

| Prices |
|
|
| We aim to keep our pricing competitive, however factors such as travel distance (if outside Las Vegas) and arrival / finish times may affect our fees. Please email us your requirements via our contact page and we would be happy to provide a price quote. |
